At Two Mugs Coffee, we're dedicated to ensuring your freshly roasted coffee reaches you efficiently, so you can start Brewing Harmony as soon as possible. To maintain the highest quality and provide you with the fastest possible delivery, we currently ship only within the United States.
Order Delivery Time:
- All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS.
- You can expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 business days from the day you place your order.
- We will email you tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.
Please note that delivery times may be impacted by holidays, carrier delays, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.
Important Notes:
- Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct and complete. Please contact us immediately at hello@twomugscoffee.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
- Undeliverable Orders: Orders returned to us by the shipping carrier because of an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer, it will be subject to a restocking fee. This fee will be determined based on the cost of the original shipment and handling.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Two Mugs Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier to the address provided. Please contact your local authorities or the specific shipping carrier directly for assistance with lost or stolen packages.
